The allegations come at a time when the Opposition Chief has been meeting politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto at his Capitol Hill Office. On Tuesday, he held talks with Laikipia Women Rep Catherine Waruguru at his office in a meeting that sparked speculations as to whether Waruguru has jumped ship into Raila’s camp.
