Mpesa has announced a restoration of services after routine and planned maintenance. During the maintenance, Mpesa services were inaccessible.
The Safaricom-based platform has been instrumental in mobile money transactions after the Government discouraged the use of physical cash to reduce the risk of spread of the Coronavirus pandemic in the country.
