Three police officers accused of tying down a lady on a motorbike and dragging her on a dirt road, as they continually whipped her have been arrested.
The officers, who included a Deputy OCS from Olenguruone Police Station in Kuresoi South Nakuru County, were arrested by detectives after the video from the incident went viral on social media, prompting Kenyans on Social media to question the conduct of the police force which has been under sharp scrutiny following cases of police brutality meted on Kenyans.
